A man who is facing multiple charges following a car accident in February has had his court case adjourned to May 10.

Lawyer Suzanne Jeanson represented Carson Lemieux in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday. Jeanson requested the adjournment for additional disclosure. Crown prosecutor Suzanne Young confirmed there was still more disclosure to come.

Lemieux has been charged with possession of an imitation Glock CO2 pistol for purposes dangerous to the public, unauthorized possession of a concealed weapon, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, codeine and Xanax and money obtained through the proceeds of crime.

The Moose Jaw Police Service was called to a single-vehicle rollover on the morning of Feb. 3 on the zero block of Thatcher Drive East. Police found CO2 handguns and a quantity of drugs with an estimated street value of $15,000.
