A local business is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects after they were the victim of a recent theft.

Several items were taken from Advanced Roofing’s business including a trailer, a quad, air compressors and several smaller hand tools on the night of Dec. 20.

Owner Justin Fall said they noticed the items were missing on the morning of Dec. 22. They went back to their security footage and saw people breaking into their yard.

“They came in at about 7:30 and, I would say, staked it out and gathered some stuff and made some piles and then left. They came back around 8:30, maybe with more help, and picked up all the things that they had set aside,” Fall said.

The security footage captured the suspect’s vehicle which was a 2014ish white Ford F350 with a box toolbox and a red slip tank in the back.

Fall said that the theft has been reported to the police and he is grateful for the work the Moose Jaw Police Service has put into the case.

“They’re doing a great job trying to catch them. We’ve been feeding them lots of tips that we’ve been getting through social media, and it seems like there’s a lot of it going on, so they are really busy. I think they want to catch these guys just as bad as we do,” he said.

Anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact the Moose Jaw Police Service.
