The month of January was a busy one on the high school sport landscape in Moose Jaw with basketball, curling and wrestling all deep into their seasons.

The Moose Jaw High School Athletic Association unveiled their athletes of the month for January earlier this week.

Peacock Toilers basketball players Matt Martineau and Riley Herridge; Riverview curler and basketball player Bailey Hittinger; Vanier Vikings basketball player Riley Follensbee; Cornerstone Falcons basketball player Joel Godard; and Central wrestlers Hannah Ward and Dawson Pearce are January's high school athletes of the month.
