The University of British Columbia Thunderbirds hockey team announced the addition of former Moose Jaw Warrior Thomas Foster on Wednesday.

Foster, a 20-year old, was traded to Moose Jaw from the Vancouver Giants at the Western Hockey League trade deadline in January.

The over-age forward, whose WHL concluded with the end of the Warriors season, scored 21 goals and 48 points between the Giants and Warriors this past season, giving him 42 goals and 114 points over his three-year WHL career.

Foster is from Slave Lake, AB.
