I think most of you will agree, life in Canada is pretty good.  I'm pretty sure I'm settled in for life.

However, the 2023 edition of The World Happiness Report is out and it appears we've got some work to do in the Great White North.  They base their findings on "life evaluations" from the Gallup World Poll.

These experts take a number of things into consideration from health and health care to life expectancy, social supports, corruption, generosity, human rights and freedom and the outlook for future generations.

And for a 6th year in a row, they found Finland is the world's happiest country with Denmark, Iceland, Israel and the Netherlands rounding out the top five.

Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Luxembourg and New Zealand are all in the top ten.

Where are we?  Well, Canada ranks 13th on the list of the happiest countries which is up by two spots from last year.

What's more?  War-torn Ukraine came in at #92.

When you see, hear and read about what they're going through, it might just make you grateful to live in the world's 13th happiest country.
