Carnie's Comments

It's time for Twitter Tuesday! I find the best of the best on X, the social media platform most of us still call Twitter.

Here's a writer I follow who shares, "How to write good. Avoid cliches like the plague. They're old hat."

This gal says, "I feel both proud and ashamed when I see an eating challenge that looks like my average meal."

This woman Tweets, "I'm happy to announce I've been seeing someone. He stops by almost every day and always brings me a little something I like. Ok, he's the Amazon delivery guy but I still feel pretty good about how this is going."

This guy says, "I keep all my valuables near the front door so if burglars break-in at night they won't take me up."

Here's a funny fella who Tweets, "My wife left a note on the fridge that says, 'This is not working, I'm going to my mom's house'. I opened the fridge, the light's on, the juice is cold...what the heck is she talking about?"

And one more from a married guy who shares, "It's 8 degrees yesterday and my wife is wearing shorts and the windows are open. When it's 8 degrees in September she's in a full-length body hoodie with the furnace cranked. I don't get it."
