It's a way to shed some light on a day in the life, or in this case the night, of members of the Moose Jaw Police Service.

Through the official police Twitter account, which uses the handle @MJPolice, we'll be able to follow along as members live tweet all police calls for service this Friday night.

"We're going to start at 7pm and probably wrap up around 3am." explained Sgt. Cliff Froehlich. "We'll be tweeting out all of the calls for service that we receive at the Moose Jaw Police Service plus we'll be putting out the information and the work that we're doing on an individual basis, that would be vehicle stops and curfew checks, etc."

Since the MJ Police started their Twitter account a few months ago, they've gained almost 600 followers.
