The white stuff has returned to the area, as Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for Moose Jaw and several surrounding Rural Municipalities (RMs).

The agency is calling for a possible 10 to 20 centimetres of snow to fall on Thursday, as a low-pressure system is developing south of the international border. The bulk of the accumulating snow will fall this afternoon through the overnight hours, with 10 to 20 cm expected across most of the south.

The snow will taper off Friday morning as the system moves east.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Take frequent breaks and avoid strain when clearing snow.
