Moose Jaw Police responded to 41 calls for service.

8:10 am – Theft of Auto – A vehicle was lent to friends and not returned. A stolen auto form was signed and added to the national database.

9:04 am – Assault – This occurred in January. A statement was obtained and this is still under investigation.

1:45 pm – Dispute Between Neighbors – Options were provided.

1:59 pm – Nuisance Communication – Unwanted communication was being received. Options were provided.

2:25 pm – Assault – The subject was charged for assault and was released on conditions and for court at a later date.

2:29 pm – Nuisance Communication – Unwanted communication was being received.  The complainant provided options and the other party was advised to cease contact.

2:30 pm – MVA Injury – A child ran out in front of a vehicle and was struck.  No damage was done to the vehicle, and there were no injuries to the child.

2:31 pm – Mischief – This occurred at approximately 6 am. A recycling bin was set on fire.  This was reported for informational purposes.

5:55 pm – Threats – Police continue to investigate.

6:18 pm – Assault – Police are to investigate and charges are pending.

7:15 pm – Trespass – The subject was unwelcome on property and was arrested for trespassing.  Police continue to investigate.

7:47 pm – MVA Injury – a two vehicle collision resulted in two tows, minor injuries, and approximately $15000 of damage.

10:20 pm – Trespass – The subject was unwelcome on the property and was arrested for trespassing, was issued a ticket and was released.

11:48 pm – Traffic Obstruction – A vehicle partially blocking an alley was towed under the municipal bylaw.

12:33 am – Well Being Check – The subject sent concerning messages to a friend.  The subject was located in good health and was in the care of family.

2:40 am – Loud Party – A resident was warned of the bylaw and the party was taken indoors.

Police executed two warrants.
