Moose Jaw Police responded to 35 calls for service. 

8:26 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was blocking the complainant’s driveway. The owners were located and moved the vehicle. The owners were warned for blocking the driveway.

12:25 pm – Dispute – A civil dispute took place between two parties. The dispute was mediated.

12:39 pm – Harassment – The complainant was being harassed by a known subject. The subject was warned for their actions. 

1:01 pm – Driving Impaired – The vehicle left and the complainant thought the driver was intoxicated. The subject was located and was not impaired.

1:31 pm – Dispute – A verbal dispute took place between two parties. The dispute was mediated.

2:12 pm - MVA – A two vehicle accident occurred. Both vehicles required a tow, and there were no injuries or charges. A license review will be submitted for one of the subjects.

2:42 pm – Suspicious Person – An adult subject was seen looking in yards. The subject was located and warned for their actions. 

3:04 pm – Found Property – Property was found and turned over to the police. The property will be exhibited.

3:06 pm – Damage Under – The vehicle was damaged by a shopping cart, causing approximately $200 of damage.

3:29 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – An adult subject was located going through a clothing bin. The subject was advised of the dangers of falling in the bin in this heat and was advised to stay out of the bin.

5:59 pm – Hit and Run – A vehicle was hit and the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene. This matter is still under investigation.

6:38 pm – Break and Enter – A known subject broke into a residence. The subject was located and arrested. The subject will be charged with break and enter and was released with a later court date.

8:08 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties. Both parties were spoken to and the situation was mediated.

8:29 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties. Both parties agreed to separate for the night, and the situation was mediated.

10:24 pm – Driving Impaired – A subject was seen by the complainant and had been drinking, then left in a vehicle. The subject was located and was not the driver of the vehicle. The driver was not impaired.

11:25 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties. Both parties were spoken to and separated for the night, and the situation was mediated.

11:44 pm – Mischief – A window was smashed out on a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation to obtain video footage.

12:57 am – Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle had a bunch of property inside it. The area was attended and owner was located inside the vehicle. The owner said he would move the vehicle so he is not blocking the alley.

1:02 am – Unwanted Guest – A known subject was at the residence and no longer wanted there. The subject left upon police request.
