Moose Jaw Police responded to 38 calls for service.

7:50 am – 1300 block Manitoba St E – Intoxicated Person – There were reports of an intoxicated subject walking on the street. The subject charged with breaching court orders and was held in cells until sober.

8:36 am – 0 block Fairford St W – Fraud – a complainant provided their social insurance number to scam.

10:42 am – 500 block Thatcher Dr E – A subject stole merchandise from an establishment. Police are still investigating to review the video.

11:37 am – Caribou St E at 4th Av NE – Hit & Run – Damage was done to the vehicle’s front driver side. Damage is estimated at $5 000.

12:04 am – 1235 Main St N – Motor Vehicle Accident – A four vehicle collision occurred in a parking lot. There was one minor injury and one tow, and the damage was estimated at $20 000.

3:20 pm – 500 block Thatcher Dr E – Breach of Court Order – A subject was found to be in breach of their conditional sentence order and was charged.

4:36 pm – 1200 block Algoma Av – Threats – A complainant stated that they were threatened by a subject with an axe. Upon investigating, the accusations of threats were found to be false.

4:46 pm – 1200 block Irving Av – Break and Enter – A complainant turned themselves in to police and confessed to a break and enter. The subject was charged with breaking and entering and mischief.

6:28 pm – 1600 block Main St N – Dangerous Driving – The registered owner of a vehicle was spoken to by police and was warned of their driving actions.

8:30 pm – 0 block Diefenbaker Dr – Assist to Locate – The hospital was called in regards to needing assistance in locating a patient who left the premises without consent. The subject was found and was brought back to the hospital in the care of staff.

9:19 pm – 700 block 1st Av SE – Barking Dog – There were reports of dogs barking incessantly. The owner was spoken to by police and was warned of the bylaw.

10:27 pm – 200 block Main St N – Driving Dangerous – There were reports of a vehicle swerving into the wrong lane. The vehicle was located by police. The occupants stated that they were arguing, which caused the driver to get distracted. The subject was warned of their driving actions.

12:35 am – 1300 block Regal Cr – Loud Party – There were reports of a loud party. The owner of the residence was warned of the noise bylaw.

Police responded to six 911 calls.
Police executed three warrants.
