Moose Jaw Police responded to 40 calls for service.

7:38 am – 0 block Wood Lily – Theft Under – Sometime overnight a license plate was stolen.

8:23 am – 1300 block Athabasca St E – Parking Bylaw – A complaint was concerned that semis were parked on a non-truck route. The semis were parked legally.

8:51 am – 400 block 1ST Ave NW – Wellbeing Check – Wellbeing Check – The subject was spoken to and was visiting friends.

9:20 am – 700 block Grandview St W – Mischief – A vehicle was keyed sometime overnight. Police are still investigating.

10:50 am – 1000 block 5th Ave NE – Assist to Locate – A youth was missing. They were located and returned to their parent.

12:19 pm – 1000 block Simcoe St. – Mischief – A locked vehicle was broken into.

1:00 pm – 600 block Ominica St W – Theft – A storage unit was broken into and various items were stolen. Police are still investigating.

1:05 pm – 0 block Thatcher Dr E – Fraud – A suspect was charged and released.

3:32 pm – 700 block Fairford St W – False Alarm – An alarm was sounding and upon investigation the building was secure.

4:01 pm – 1000 block 11th Ave NW – Erratic Driving – A vehicle was reported. The driver was spoken to regarding their driving actions.

5:16 pm – High St at 2nd – MVC – A two vehicle MVC occurred causing minor injuries, and one person was charged with disobeying a stop sign.

6:18 pm – 500 block Thatcher Dr E – Erratic Driving – Stunting. The registered owner was spoken to and warned of their driving actions.

7:10 pm – 1st Ave at Ross – MVC – Two Vehicle MVC – The vehicles were towed and no injuries were reported. A driver was charged with proceeding before safe.

9:18 pm – 500 Vaughan St – Hit and Run – Approximately $2000 damage was done to the driver side rear.

2:58 am – 1200 block Main St N – Intoxicated Person – An adult person was intoxicated and asleep. They were released to their family.

3:01 am – 100 block 2nd Ave – Disturbance – An unwanted guest refused to leave on request of the business owners. The subject was spoken to by officers and told to leave.

4:34 am –  0 block Thatcher Dr. E- Break and Enter – A window was smashed and access was gained and office equipment was stolen. Police are still investigating.

Police responded to five 911 calls.
Police completed four wellbeing checks.
Police responded to four complaints of erratic driving.
Police responded to three parking bylaw infractions.
Police responded to three vehicle collisions.
