Moose Jaw Police responded to 27 calls for service.

8:51 am – 500 block Laurier St – Disturbance – Subjects were reported as sleeping in a hallway. They were located and had been locked out of their apartment. The landlord let them in and the situation was resolved.

8:58 am – 1000 block Athabasca St W – Parking Complaint – A vehicle owner was spoken to and warned regarding parking bylaws. The vehicle was moved.

10:10 am – 200 block Fairford St W – Dispute – A complainant reported some issues with a business; they were advised it was a civil issue and were provided with options.

10:54 am – 100 block High St E – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was blocking a driveway. The vehicle was towed under the bylaw.

11:00 am – 300 block Iroquois St W – Theft from Vehicle – Items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle; the incident is still under investigation.

1:22 pm – 800 block 4th Av NW – Dispute – Subjects were all spoken to and the situation was mediated

1:38 pm – 1000 block Caribou St W – Dispute – There was a dispute between neighbours over snow removal; the situation was mediated for now.

5:18 pm – 600 block Fairford St E – Disturbance – A simple misunderstanding occurred between two subjects. The situation was mediated.

5:53 pm – 3rd Av NE at Manitoba St E – Traffic Obstruction – A semi was stuck. Members assisted with traffic control until the semi got back on the road.

6:51 pm – 100 block 1st Av NW – Theft Under – A subject stole a wallet which was later recovered. The incident is still under investigation for charges.

10:30 pm – 900 block Lillooet St W – Wellbeing Check – A subject was located and found to be in good health. The individual was left in the care of family for the night.

2:55 am – 600 Fairford St E – Noise Complaint – A resident was spoken to and warned under the noise bylaw.

2:56 am – 300 block Main St N – Assistance to Sick Person – A subject was located and needed assistance in getting home. They were taken home and left in the care of family.

Police responded to six 911 calls.
Police executed two warrants.
Police assisted other agencies in four cases.
