Moose Jaw Police responded to 45 calls for service.

9:52 am – 0 block Avens Rd – Well Being Check – A person was located and was fine.

10:19 am – 300 block Thatcher Dr E – Obstruct Police Officer – Charges are pending.

11:25 am – 700 block Athabasca St E – Disturbance – Police were called to an altercation in the area. One person was charged with causing a disturbance and three counts of breaching court orders. Another person involved was charged with causing a disturbance.

11:49 am – 200 block Manitoba St E – Threats – Police are still investigating.

12:31 pm – 100 block Oxford St W – Assault – A male was charged with assault and was released on court order conditions with a later court date.

12:56 pm – 1000 block 6th Av NE – Driving Dangerous – There was a report of a vehicle driving all over the road. The plate number was obtained and the driver is to be spoken to regarding his driving actions.

2:15 pm – High St E at 1st Av NE – Motor Vehicle Accident – This involved two vehicles and resulted in  one tow and approximately $50,000 of damage. One ticket was issued for turning left before safe. No injuries were reported.

4:19 pm – 1200 block 11th Av SW – Well Being Check – A person was located with friends; all was fine.

7:59 pm – 800 block 8th Av NW – Break and Enter to Residence – This occurred at 4:30 pm today. Police are still investigating.

8:11 pm – 0 block Flax Rd – Dispute – The situation was mediated and all parties were spoken to.

11:32 pm – 300 block Fairford St W – Unwanted Guest – A female was refusing to leave. The individual was taken home by police.

12:10 am – 1300 block 12th Av SW – Assault – an alcohol fuel dispute occurred, and one person was charged with assault.

3:55 am – 1300 block 12th Av SW – Assault – A dispute occurred between two people. A male was charged with assault and was released on court ordered conditions.

3:59 am – 300 block Fairford St W – Unwanted Guest – An intoxicated male was refusing to leave. The male was transported to MJPS cells and held until sober.

Police executed three warrants.
Police responded to one alarm call.
Police responded to three 911 calls.
