12:43 pm – 0 block Diefenbaker Dr – Unwanted Guest – An adult was refusing to leave the building, and was taken home to their grandparents.
1:30 pm – 9th Av NE at Thatcher Dr E – Erratic Driving – An adult went through a 4 way stop, appeared to be using a mobile device, and had a child in the back seat. Police are still investigating to speak with the owner of the vehicle.
3:08 pm – 0 block Diefenbaker Dr – Disturbance – An adult was refusing to cooperate with staff. Police assisted staff in getting the subject under control.
3:25 pm – 1700 block 11th Av NW – Assist Sick Person – An adult was struggling with illness and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
4:12 pm – 1100 block 2nd Av NE – Threats – An adult was uttering threats and causing mischief. He was charged and remanded into custody for court on Tuesday.
5:13 pm – Main St N at Caribou St E – Impaired Driving – An adult ran into another vehicle and fled. The individual was located a short distance away. The subject was intoxicated and was arrested for impaired driving. The subject gave breath samples that registered at more than double the legal limit. The vehicle was seized, there was a minor injury, and the victim’s vehicle was towed. The subject was charged with impaired and exceeding .08. Their license was suspended indefinitely and the subject was held in cells until sober, before being released with a future court date.
8:30 pm – 0 block Main St N – Disturbance – An adult was causing problems at a local establishment. This was mediated by police.
11:11 pm – 200 block Saskatchewan St W – Breach Court Order – An adult was charged with breaching a court order after a curfew check revealed they were not home.
12:07 am – 1100 block Athabasca St E – Breach Court Order – An adult was charged with breaching a court order after a curfew check revealed they were not home.
12:10 am – 800 block Athabasca St E – Breach Court Order – An adult was charged with breaching a court order after a curfew check revealed they were not home.
2:48 am – 9th Av NW at Simcoe St – Collision – An adult in medical distress collided with a tree. The individual was taken to hospital for treatment. There was $10,000 of damage, one tow, and no charges.
4:04 am – 1100 block Stadacona St E – Break and Enter – A suspect was noted inside a facility and fled. Police are still investigating.
