Moose Jaw Police responded to 29 calls for service.

9:27 am – 300 block Fairford St W – Breach Court Order – An adult failed to comply with conditions ordered by a judge.  Breach charges are to be brought forward.

9:48 am – 500 block Coteau St W – Indecent Exposure – A youth was warned for indecent exposure.

10:53 am – 100 block Ominica St W – Fail to Attend Court – Two adults failed to make court ordered appearances.  Warrants were issued.

12:21 pm – 700 block Ominica St E – Dispute – A loud verbal dispute took place, with nothing physical, and no police involvement was required.

3:21 pm – 300 block Fairford St W – Assault – Several people were intoxicated. Police are still investigating to take statements when the individuals are sober.

3:50 pm – 900 block Lillooet St W – Impaired Driving – An adult was impaired while driving.  Breath results were 3 times the legal limit and the individual was charged with impaired driving and exceeding .08. The vehicle was seized for 60 days, the individual’s license was suspended indefinitely, and the subject was held until sober.

5:05 pm – 700 block Coteau St W – Erratic Driving – An adult was driving into oncoming traffic. The license plate and driver description were obtained. Police are still investigating.

5:46 pm – 200 block 1st Av NW – Shoplifting – An adult ran off with over $300 worth of groceries.  The known subject is to be charged with theft.  The property was retrieved.

9:32 pm – 1100 block 5th Av NW – Noise Bylaw – Adults were learning to dance, but the music was too loud.  They were warned of the bylaw.

11:20 pm – 900 block Main St N – Well Being Check – An adult was thought to appear in need of medical assistance.  The adult refused any assistance.

12:08 am – 400 block Wood Lily Dr – Breach Court Order – An adult was knocking at several residences. The individual was located by police, found to be out past court ordered curfew, and resisted arrest.  They were also charged with mischief.  They were held for Court.

Police responded to six 911 calls.
