Moose Jaw Police responded to 16 calls for service.
8:30 am – 100 Block 1st Ave NW – Suspicious Person– A subject was out walking around in a nighty with no shoes. The subject was located. It was determined that the individual had partied too hard for their birthday and was walking home. Police transported the subject to their parents’ residence.
9:33 am – 1500 Block Coteau St W – Suspicious Person – A subject was riding a bike up and down the street looking into vehicles. A description was provided to police and the subject was located. The subject was sent on their way.
11:49 am – 800 Block Duffield St – Breach Court Order – A subject was on orders to not be at a residence or near an occupant of the residence, and they were at the building wrecking things. The subject was located in the area and detained by police. The individual was charged for breaching court orders and was held for court.
1:03 pm – 800 Block High St W – Theft – This occurred September 30, 2017 at approximately 8:00 pm. Subjects fuelled up a vehicle and left without paying. Police are still investigating to obtain video.
1:03 pm – 0 Block Wood Lily Dr – Noise Bylaw – Tenants in an apartment complex had been partying since 10:30 pm the previous night. Police attended and the tenant was warned under the Noise Bylaw.
1:07 pm – 600 Block Stadacona St E – Breach Court Order – A subject was on curfew conditions and was not home last night for curfew. The subject is to be charged.
7:23 pm – 900 Block Normandy Dr – Assault – There was an allegation of abuse. Statements were obtained from those involved. Police continue to investigate.
10:09 pm – 0 Block Ross St W – Assault – There was an altercation between two parties. The subjects were spoken to and neither wished charges. The situation was mediated by police.
