Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service.

10:48 am – Theft – Sometime overnight several items were stolen.  Police continue to investigate.

11:04 am – Theft – A vehicle was fuelled and occupants failed to pay for fuel. This is still under investigation to obtain video.

2:26 pm – Dispute – There was a dispute between two tenants that was mediated.

3:29 pm – MVA – A two-vehicle collision resulted in minor damage.  Police assisted with name exchange.

4:27 pm – Impaired Driving – A vehicle description and plate number were obtained from a vehicle believed to be operated by an impaired driver.  The vehicle was located and the driver was spoken to.  The driver was sober and was warned regarding their driving actions.

5:26 pm – Dispute – Both parties were spoken to and were advised to stay away from each other.

6:32 pm – Hit & Run – A vehicle was hit while parked in a parking lot. The offending vehicle failed to notify the owner.  A statement was obtained from a witness.  Police continue to investigate.

6:49 pm – Fraud – A cheque was cashed and money was withdrawn.  Police continue to investigate.

6:55 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject was trying to enter an apartment complex, and was not known to the other tenants.  The subject was located and had gone to the wrong building. The individual was sent on their way.

7:27 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was located and was turned over to a care provider.

9:37 pm – Attempt Theft/ Breach Court Order – A subject was detained for shoplifting.  The subject was released for court at a later date and was turned over to their parents.

12:04 am – Fraud – A wallet was lost and a credit card was used at two businesses.  This is still under investigation for police to obtain video.

3:45 am – Theft – A subject entered a store and stole tobacco products.   They were located by police and charged for theft.  The individual was held for court.

6:02 am – Threats – A subject uttered threats towards police.  The individual was charged and held for court.

Police responded to five 911 calls.
Police responded to one parking bylaw infraction.
Police assisted other agencies in five cases.
Police executed two warrants.
