Moose Jaw Police responded to 35 calls for service.

6:31 am – Suspicious Person – Police attended and a male was arrested on outstanding warrants.

7:59 am - Theft from Vehicle – An unlocked vehicle was entered and items valued at $360 were stolen.

8:51 am – Single Vehicle Accident – A vehicle slid off of the side of the road, resulting in one tow and $2,000 in damages.

9:22 am – Theft Under – Sometime over the weekend, two insulated tarps valued at $140.00 were stolen.

9:44 am – Mischief – Overnight an axe was thrown through the rear window of the complainant’s vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.

10:21 am – Break and Enter – Overnight a compound was entered, and a couple hundred gallons of gas was siphoned from vehicles on scene and jerry cans were stolen. The matter is still under investigation.

10:32 am – Break and Enter – Sometime overnight someone opened the gate and entered a yard. They looked in the sheds but nothing was taken.

11:10 am – Bike theft – Some time since October 31 a hype black and blue boundary trail mountain bike was stolen.

12:50 pm – Shoplifting – There was a theft of a stand mixer; the matter is under investigation for charges.

2:51 pm – Landlord/Tenant Situation – A minor dispute took place. The situation was mediated and the parties were advised to contact the rentalsman.

3:00 pm - Hit and Run – In between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:30 pm, an unknown vehicle clipped a passenger side mirror and caused $500 in damages.

4:02 pm - Hit and Run – At approximately 1:30 pm, the complainant was the victim of a hit and run causing $2,000 in damages. There are no witnesses or suspects.

5:16 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in $4,000 dollars in damages and two minor injuries, and neither vehicle required towing.

5:45 pm – MVA – A three vehicle accident required two tows, there were no injuries, and one ticket was issued for making a turn when unsafe to do so.

8:42 pm - Hit and Run – Sometime since 9:00 pm last night the complainant’s vehicle was hit, causing $4,000 in damages. There is a white paint transfer. There are no suspects at this time.

9:33 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A male was setting up camp in a public place. The individual was sent on his way to the Riverside mission.

11:10 pm – Stolen Vehicle – At approximately 10:20 pm an unknown female stole the complainant’s truck when he got out to see if tires were low. This matter is still under investigation.

11:19 pm – Theft Under – A female was shoplifting and is to be charged.

11:59 pm – Noise Bylaw – A loud party was going on the in the basement suite, and a warning was given. 

Police responded to four 911 calls.
Police responded to one parking bylaw infraction.
Police assisted another government agency.
Police executed three warrants.
