Moose Jaw Police responded to 31 calls for service.

10:23 am – Trespass – The subject was located and warned for trespassing before being sent on their way.

10:31 am – Shoplifting – The subject was identified and banned from the premises. The complainant did not want charges.

3:09 pm – Attempted Break and Enter – Subjects attempted to gain entry into a storage locker and were unsuccessful. 

6:10 pm – Dispute – A complainant was advised that the incident is a civil issue and was provided with options.

6:53 pm – Suspicious Vehicle – The driver of a vehicle was found to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested and was charged with care and control, refusal, driving while prohibited and obstruction. The vehicle was impounded for 60 days.

10:30 pm – The driver of a vehicle was found to be a suspended driver. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days and the driver was issued two tickets.

11:39 pm – Disturbance – The subjects were all spoken to and the situation was mediated for the night.

12:01 am – Noise Complaint – A resident was spoken to and was warned under the bylaw.

1:47 am – MVA – The driver was found to be impaired. The individual was arrested and was charged for impaired operation and exceeding .08. The vehicle was seized for 60 days and the driver’s licence was suspended indefinitely.

1:55 am – Dispute – The subject was arrested and was held in cells until sober. 

5:32 am – Noise Complaint – Residents were spoken to and were warned under the noise bylaw. 

Police responded to five 911 calls.
Police responded to three alarm calls.
Police completed two curfew checks.
