Moose Jaw Police responded to 40 calls for service.

7:46 am – Assist Ambulance – An adult male was found resting in the ditch. No injuries and no concerns. The male was sent on his way.

8:26 am – Dispute – An ongoing dispute took place between neighbours. Both parties were spoken to.

8:59 am – Lost Property – A complainant noticed a license plate had been stolen sometime overnight.

9:46 am – Harassing Calls – A senior resident was concerned with another resident frequently calling. The subject was spoken to and will cease all contact.

9:47 am – Trespass – Bottle pickers were asked to leave private property.

10:25 am – Mischief – A homeowner found their property had been spray painted. This is still under investigation.

10:30 am  – Mischief – There was unauthorized access and usage of a utility service. Police are investigating.

3:35 pm – Dangerous Driving – A subject was witnessed speeding through the park. The driver was located and warned regarding his driving actions.

3:42 pm – Well Being Check – An adult subject was located and was established to be fine.

7:04 pm – Mischief – A complaint was upset someone is going through a disposal bin and creating a mess. On arrival there was no mess and the subject was gone.

7:08 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject was causing a disturbance and was asked to leave. The subject was arrested on outstanding warrants.

7:26 pm – Lost Property – Car keys were lost in a parking lot. This was reported for information purposes.

7:55 pm – Trespass – A subject entered a property and took belongings. They were spoken to by police to stay away.  

9:32 pm – Parking Bylaw – A complainant called to advise he could not get into his driveway due to an unknown vehicle parked across it. The registered owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.

10:47 am - Theft – A vehicle was unlocked and a purse and computer were stolen. The complainant was advised to cancel the credit cards and obtain a serial number for information purposes. Police are still investigating.

12:13 am – Unwanted Guest – A subject was removed from a home and held in cells until sober.

12:18 am – Noise Bylaw – A resident was spoken to and warned regarding the noise bylaw.

3:26 am – Disturbance – A subject was arrested and charged with assault. They were released with a later court date and conditions.

Police responded to nine 911 calls.
Police responded to one alarm call.
