Yoga in the Park, held by The Yoga Loft, has returned to Moose Jaw for another summer; however, things are a little different than usual this year.

It came back on July 2nd and will be from 7-8PM at Crescent Park every Monday until August 6th.

Though technically these sessions are free, donations of at least $5 are being accepted and all of the money raised will be donated to the Healthy Lunch Program by Hunger in Moose Jaw.

Melissa Young is the manager of The Yoga Loft and says these classes will feature real instructors.

"We have our amazing instructors that come down and teach amazing Yoga, with 100% of the donations going towards Hunger in Moose Jaw."

Young goes on to add that all though the teachers are highly skilled, anyone with or without any experience with yoga is encouraged to come to the park and give it a shot.

"They start with a nice, general, basic yoga practice that is welcome to all levels, so you just come, enjoy, relax, and be in the nature. You don't have to commit to every single Monday; if you just come to one Monday, it will just feel amazing and it'll be amazing for what you're putting it towards as well."

Those who do plan on attending Yoga in the Park sometime this summer are suggested to bring their own mats and bug spray, as neither will be provided.
