A wind warning was issued by Environment Canada for the Cities of Moose Jaw and Regina, as well as their surrounding areas. Strong and damaging winds coming from the Northwest were expected to develop, gusting up to 90 km/h. Damage to buildings may have occurred, and loose objects outdoors may have been thrown by the winds, which may have also caused injury or further damage. 

The wind warning has officially ended for Moose Jaw, Regina and the surrounding area.
