After the cool start to fall last week, we'll get some warmer weather to help push harvest even further along.

Drew Lerner with World Weather Inc is expecting a solid week in the fields.

"We're going to see the daily highs running mostly in the upper teens through the lower twenties. Low temperatures at night will get down to the middle and upper single digits most often, but I do not expect to see any hard freezes in any location this week, but there may be some frost once and awhile."

He said the warm up won't bring any moisture, but will allow farmers to get out into the fields to speed up harvest.

The weekly crop report shows the southwest is nearly done at 86% and the southeast isn't far behind at 76% complete.
