The election might not be until April 4th but Premier Brad Wall delivered an campaign style speech on the final day of the Legislature Thursday.

The Fall Sitting wrapped up with some farewell speeches and shots between parties, unofficially marking the end to the current government.  Since the provincial election will be held in the spring, there won't be a opportunity for a normal Spring Sitting.

During the meeting, the NDP had accused the Saskatchewan Party of changing their ways.

"Things have most assuredly change in the last eight years, Mr. Speaker." responded Premier Wall. "When we took over (as government), we had a nursing shortage of 1000 nurses in the province and there are now 3000 more nurses over every designation practicing. We had a doctor shortage and there are now 500 more doctors that are practicing, so that has changed."

"We had an NDP government, Mr. Speaker that presided over out migration and now we have more people living in the province than ever before. There have been many changes since 2007, Mr. Speaker and that's why on the fourth of April, people are going to say we are not going back to the NDP."
