Some very serious charges have been laid against the man that led police on a cross-city tour Thursday morning in Moose Jaw.

29-year-old Mitch Prosser was arrested following multi break-ins, a vehicle ramming a house on Hastings Street around 2 am, and the lives of two people being threatened according to police.

15 charges were introduced as he made his first court appearance this morning, with some of the most serious including uttering death threats, sexual assault with a weapon, unlawful confinement and assault with a weapon against a peace officer - not to forget numerous weapons-related offences.

He's being kept in custody until his next court appearance on Wednesday.
