The Saskatchewan Health Authority CEO, Scott Livingstone has left his position effective immediately. The press release did not specify the reason for Livingstone's abrupt departure.

The Board of Directors has selected Andrew Will as Interim CEO and will assume the responsibilities. Will is moving from his current role of Vice President of Infrastructure, Information, and Support for the SHA.

No operations or services will be affected and the board will be releasing updates on the recruitment of a permanent CEO when they become available. 

The SHA says the Board is committed to ensuring the transition process ensures stability for the health care system.
