Saskatchewan Polytechnic and K+S Potash Canada have been named 2 of the province's top employers of 2018. Winners were announced Wednesday and include SaskTel, SaskPower, and Saskatchewan Blue Cross.
This is the third year in a row that Sask Polytechnic has been selected, and the 6th year in a row for K+S Potash.
K+S Potash Canada's Bethune mine has been in operation since 2017 and employs just over 400 people between Bethune, Saskatoon, and a small office in Vancouver. Saskatchewan Polytechnic has 4 campuses throughout the province and serves students through applied learning opportunities, and through programs that cover every economic and public service sector.
The Top Employer title is given to employers that lead their industries in offering an exceptional workplace, a positive work atmosphere, benefits, and performance management.
