A member of the Regina Police Service has been charged with a pair of assaults in that community after complaints from a member of the public dating back to September, 2018.

Colin Bradley Magee, a corporal and 17-year member of the police force, is charged with alleged incidents September 26 and 27 while he was on duty in the detention area of the Regina Police Service. One alleged victim was an adult male and the other a male youth.

Magee will make his first court apperances on these charges in provincial court May 27.

Magee has been assigned to internal duties within the police force, pending the outcome of the criminal process, and he will not have contact with members of the public.
