The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit South is investigating a suspicious death after a body was found west of St. Louis earlier this week. An autopsy confirmed the remains were those of Crystal Castle, a 28-year-old woman from Prince Albert who had been reported missing earlier this month.

Castle had been last seen in Prince Albert on August 11th, in a red Dodge Dakota truck. She was reported missing to the Prince Albert Police Service.

The investigation has treated the death of Castle as a homicide. The Major Crime Unit is leading the investigation and is unable to release any further information about the investigation at this time. Anyone who has any information is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
