Combines had to stop for the day but there's always something to do on the farm.  With more than 80% of this year's harvest already in the bin, the rain Tuesday shouldn't be too much of an issue in the Moose Jaw area.

Anywhere from 5-20mm of rain is being reported thanks to the constant showers through the day but it's not likely enough to fix the dry situation that much of southern Saskatchewan is dealing with.  Forecasters are saying that we'll have to wait and hope that a snowy winter can bring back the moisture that was lost to the hot, dry summer.

We'll get a bit of a break for the rest of the week as we see some more normal conditions to put the wraps on summer but rain is back in the forecast for Sunday.
