This will be the first cabinet post for Yorkton MLA Greg Ottenbreit

Premier Wall didn't wait very long to fill a cabinet post. Greg Ottenbreit is Saskatchewan's new minister in charge of rural and remote health care.

He replaces Tim McMillan, who resigned last week to become president of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers.

Ottenbreit was first elected as a MLA for Yorkton in 2007 and was re-elected in 2011.  He is entering cabinet for the first time.

According to Premier Wall, Ottenbreit's portfolio requires an understanding of the concerns of rural communities, patients and health-care providers.
