A province-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Jason Paul Thorne.

It is alleged that Thorne left the residence where he is required to stay under conditions of his statutory release late Thursday night, after allegedly cutting off his electronic monitoring device.

The Regina Police Service issued a public advisory on Thorne, indicating he is considered to be a high risk to re-offend sexually. He has a criminal history of sexual offenses and poses a high risk.
