As plans are finalized and preparations begin, the one question on everyone's mind today is what is the weather going to be like for the Canada Day Weekend.

For those in Moose Jaw, Environment Canada has some good news.  Regional Meteorologist Terri Laing expects a rather uneventful weekend when it comes to the weather.

"It looks like we're finally going to have a ridge of high pressure build in and bring some sunny skies, some more stable weather and some good heat starting over the weekend."

She adds there won't be a lot of wind with the system either, as for storms, Laing explains they aren't likely, but never say never.
