There are more problems being reported after continued testing of the new national smart phone emergency warning system. Just like on Monday, not all users received the warning that was sent out to western Canada Wednesday afternoon.

It's believed a computer coding error was to blame with the problems in Ontario and Quebec but officials are still looking into what happened with the Wednesday test. Saskatchewan was part of that operation and LTE network phones should have received the test alert just before 2pm.

Residents started taking to social media shortly after the alert was supposed to happen with some saying only some of the phones in their office or household received the alert, while others stayed silent.
