The forecast was calling for clear skies but apparently Mother Nature didn't get the memo as a small system developed over Moose Jaw Wednesday evening, dropping some more moisture on the city.

The rain started falling shortly after the supper hour leaving about 3mm of rain according to Environment Canada, while our gage at the radio station says just 1mm.

Heading into the long weekend we're about to get very hot and muggy as daytime highs are going to be in the upper 20s and low 30s.
