The Conservative Party of Canada's Fraser Tolmie was elected as the new Membber of Parliament for the riding of Moose Jaw - Lake Centre - Lanigan earlier this year. He's been settling into the new position and adjusting to the frequent travel between Moose Jaw and Ottawa.

With Parliament back in session, Mr. Tolmie, as one might expect, is expressing disappointment in the Liberal's plan stated in the Throne Speech and concern for the lack of attention to western Canada.

He talked with Discover Moose Jaw reporter Katherine Ludwig.
