The cotton candy, midway rides, entertainment and much more fun at the Moose Jaw Exhibition Grounds every June has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2020 Hometown Parade and Fair have both officially been cancelled.

The Moose Jaw Exhibition Company Board of Directors made the decision public Wendesday morning. The dates were to have been June 18 to 21.

The annual three-day fair has been preceded by the parade, in June every year.

“We hope everyone stays safe and well,” the organization said in a media release.
