Shortly after the accident EMS crews were on site - no one was hurt 

Emergency crews responded to Moose Jaw's most infamous intersection Tuesday night.

Nobody was injured after a semi-trailer unit and SUV met in what Moose Jaw police called a "slow speed" collision near the corner of Highway 1 and 9th Avenue NW just before 7:30.

One person was charged with proceeding from a stop sign before safe and there was an estimated $10,000 in damage.

The intersection of Highway 1 and 9th NW has been the site of numerous accidents over the last several years, including some fatalities.  The most recent death occured when a semi struck a pedestrian during a period of heavy fog this past March.
