Since the COVID-19 pandemic began life has been different in every way, and the same goes for the City of Moose Jaw.

In this month's edition of Ask the Mayor, we found out more about city operations during the pandemic.

Mayor Fraser Tolmie.

"There were concerns about getting PPE and enough sanitizer and we weren't the only community facing this issue. The start was a bit shakey but we were able to acquire the equipment."

Tolmie added that in the new reality of this pandemic, new habits can be hard to form.

"For the most part, the employees have been following the regulations in place. There has been the odd time when I'm sure an employee will forget but a coworker will remind them. It's like saying 'don't touch your face', I don't know how many times I've done that but it's a hard habit to form but they're doing a great job."

Tolmie also added that the new dial-a-bus numbers are sitting at about 5-6 users a day.
