As the old saying goes, if March comes in like a lion, we'll go out like a lamb.

Snow and high winds began on Saturday night and dragged on through the overnight hours. Snow blowing over local highways is leaving them in icy conditions with poor visibility in some places.

Following a really nice Saturday with the daytime high nearly reaching the plus 10 marks, a significant shift is noticeable in southern Saskatchewan.

Along with high winds causing the snow to blow over the highways, visibility is very poor.

All throughout the province, highways are still reporting seasonal conditions, always be cautious in these types of conditions.

Check the latest conditions before you hit the road.
