According to the Highway Hotline, Highway 1 between Belle Plain and Regina has reopened as of 1:48 p.m. 

Earlier this morning, that section of highway as closed due to zero visibility and blowing and drifting snow.

The current conditions show that there are icy or slippery sections, snow drifts, wet subject to freezing and drifting snow.

Most of the other highways around Regina are labelled as 'Travel Not Recommended'. All highways around Moose Jaw are seeing winter conditions with some local blowing snow but they are open for use.
