More details are slowly being released as the federal government starts to plan for the roll out of a new roadside drug test.

With the legalization of marijuana next summer, many organizations are worried about drugged driving, and the fact that current testing is not always accepted in court.

The new test will tell the officer if they should proceed with a blood tests to verify the findings.

$200 million is going to be provided to help with training and implementation, expected early next year.
