Today is the last day of the annual Goodbye to Hunger Food Drive in support of the Moose Jaw and District Food Bank.

For the past three weeks, the Moose Jaw Co-op has been accepting $10 dollar donations for its food bags from customers and businesses.

Marketing and Community Relations Manager Michaela Turner says everyone has been very generous.

"Our local business always come together for the last couple days of the food drive and really step it up."

Turner expressed her gratitude to everyone who's given.

"I'd just like to say a thank-you to Moose Jaw. The Moose Jaw Co-op is always happy to give back as much as we can to the community. We couldn't do that if it weren't for all of our partners and the other groups and businesses here in town. So we just want to say thank-you to everyone."

The whole event will wrap up on Saturday with the "Holiday Train at Home" concert, which will stream on CP's Facebook Page.
