It's time to start thinking about bundling up before going outside.

Conditions grew colder as the week progressed and that become quite clear on Thursday afternoon as Environment Canada issued a frost warning. Meteorologists sent out the warning to residents in the city of Moose Jaw and surrounding areas on shortly before 4 pm, noting that a cold air mass was expected to blanket a portion of the province.

The light wind, clear skies and cooler temperatures predicted overnight on Thursday and into the morning on Friday are favorable for frost to develop.

However, the brisk air will move out quickly as the forecast predicts Friday will climb to a high of 8 degrees.
