Election Call is Out

We have just two months left until all nominations must be received for the upcoming Municipal Election in Moose Jaw.

The call is out for people that wish to run for mayor, councilor, or even as a member of our school boards.

City Clerk Steven Schiefner is the man in charge and reminds us who can run for office. "They have to be a resident of Moose Jaw, they have to meet all the typical requirements of being an elector, and in the case of the separate school board they have to be a member of the faith that established the school board which is the Roman Catholic faith."

Nomination Day is September 27th at 4 o'clock. For more details contact City Hall.
