One person is facing drug trafficking charges after a bust early Monday morning.

Just after midnight, police stopped a vehicle at the corner of 4th and Fairford Street East but as they approached the vehicle, the driver fled on foot.  With the help of the K9 unit, the suspect was arrested and a search of the vehicle turned up $5000 in crystal meth and cocaine.

The driver of the vehicle is facing a long list of charges in Moose Jaw Provincial Court Monday. So far, no name has been released.
