The show must go on for the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre...just not quite yet.

The city closed down the facility this week due to the COVID-19 outbreak and staff at the Mae Wilson Theatre are now scrambling to reschedule shows.

General manager Derek Cronin.

"Right now, basically all of the tours that we have from now until April the 9th have already been rescheduled, and we are currently looking at the shows in early to mid-April which we haven't postponed yet, to look at possible dates down the road for that."

"Its been quite an interesting situation, its nothing we've really faced before. Cancellations and postponements of large tours, some of them up to 20 shows have all had to be postponed."

All tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled dates

Shows that have been rescheduled include Louisiana Hayride 2020, Christine Tassan et les Imposteures, Always ABBA, Yesterday Once More, and PIGS: Canada's Pink Floyd In The Flesh Tour.

Shows that have not been rescheduled - yet - include Tenille Arts, who is set to perform April 9, The Travellin' Band - A Tribute to CCR set for April 16, and all shows slated for after April 16 are still, at this moment, set to take place.

Just last week, Mortlach artist Megan Nash had to cancel an appearance at the Juno Awards, after the award show was cancelled.
