More 'TLC' is going towards infrastructure over the next two weeks, as crews will be working on the high service reservoir.

According to city officials, there will be three main areas of focus for crews as they began work on Monday. During construction, they will conduct valve replacements, investigate the condition inside the reservoir chambers, and install new tie-ins on the reservoir chambers which will then eventually connect to the new Buffalo Pound to Moose Jaw water supply transmission line.

Despite needing to drain down our reservoirs to complete the work, services will not be impacted during this construction project. However, the city is asking residents to keep in mind their household water usage while the work progresses. Crews will also monitor reservoir levels to ensure the necessary capacity during drainage.

If the weather cooperates over the next few weeks they should be able to wrap things up by October 29th.
