Due to the Government of Saskatchewan’s current COVID-19 mandate, proof of vaccination or a negative test will be required for fans coming to this Friday’s home opener between the Moose Jaw Warriors and Saskatoon Blades.

To expedite entry into Mosaic Place on game day, pre-screening for proof of vaccination or negative test will be available at the Mosaic Place Box Office from Noon until 4:30 p.m. on Friday with entry into the building through the north entrance. An express lane for entry into the arena will be provided for those who chose to use pre-screening.

Proof of vaccination, along with a photo ID matching the name on the vaccination record, will be checked prior to entry into Mosaic Place.

Doors into the arena will open at 6 p.m. and fans are asked to arrive earlier than normal to allow for the extra step before entering the arena.

Things to know before arriving at the game:

Masks will still be required for all fans at all times within Mosaic Place during the game unless eating or drinking at your seat.

 

Fans with two doses:

- Fans age 12 and over need to show proof that they have received two doses of Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccines, or a mixture of two, to enter Mosaic Place.

- Printed or a screenshot on a mobile device of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record available through eHealth Saskatchewan’s MySaskHealthRecord account is the preferred vaccination record to provide the quickest verification.Wallet immunization cards received at the time of vaccination will also be accepted.

- Fans 18 and over will be required to show a photo ID with a name matching the vaccination record. Fans between the ages of 12-17 will only be required to show their vaccination record and fans under the age of 12 are exempt.

- Fans receiving their second vaccination dose on the day of the game will be considered fully vaccinated.

 

Fans with a single dose or unvaccinated:

- Anyone without two doses of COVID-19 vaccine will be required to provide proof of negative test, PCR or Rapid Antigen tests are accepted.

- Negative COVID-19 tests must be from an SHA clinic, Haztech, Quantum Genetix or Nobel.Due to high demand at SHA testing sites, fans are asked to seek private options for a test to ensure a result in time.

The Warriors and Mosaic Place will not be retaining or storing any personal medical information while checking proof of vaccination.

The Warriors and Blades face-off at 7 p.m. on Friday night at Mosaic Place to kick-off the 2021-22 WHL season. Season tickets can be picked up at the Warriors’ office on Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Single-game tickets can be purchased at sasktix.ca.
